Exit 7 was created by songwriter Dominick DelRosso. With a little help from some close friends who play in local bands, this project got off the ground. Exit 7's first 2 cd's were done with two different singers, but the same musicians. A 3rd cd is in the works with Dominick presenting himself this time around as a singer/songwriter. Many comparisons have been made regarding the lyical content of this music. It has been best described as "modern rock story songs" ala Harry Chapin. If it were not for the music and life of Harry Chapin, the songs you hear would not be.

What does a songwriter write about? In this particular case Dominick has taken stories from his past and set them to modern music. Stories such as loss, hopes, dreams, regret, new found love, passions, friends and family. More recently, Dominick has taken a different perspective on the stories being presented for the upcoming cd. You will hear songs looking from the outside in. Questions many people ask themselves as time goes by and we grow older.

Eventually there will be acoustic shows added. But for now the concentration is on recording a new cd. Clips will be availble in the near future of the upcoming songs. Stay tuned
